Processing: After your order has been placed, we'll send you a proof to approve within 1 business day.
Printing: Once we receive confirmation that your order is correct, we'll send it off to be printed. The printing process is typically completed within 1-2 business days, though it may occasionally take longer.
Shipping: We offer 'No Rush' and 'Standard' delivery during checkout. Though rare, shipping delays may occur. Because of this, our delivery dates are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Please Note: The shipping methods below do not include processing time. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping costs vary and will be calculated based on a number of factors, such as size, weight, shipping method, and destination of your purchase. Shipping fees for your order may be viewed on the checkout page in the app at time of purchase.

How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please text us at 509-257-3311 or email hello@getimpressapp.com within two hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee a refund for any requests received later than two hours after purchase, but we will do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests.
How do I return my order?
Our items are personalized and made to order, so we cannot accept returns.

• A detailed but concise description of the problem (example: "Our mailman left the package out in the rain and my business cards have water damage").
• Photos of the problem or affected printed item.
